Program description
Reddon sends text messages to people who contact us through reddon.co or by phone about our AI, custom software, website and marketing services. Messages include replies to your inquiry, scheduling and confirmation of calls and meetings, project and service updates, and customer-support follow-ups. We do not send marketing blasts and we do not use purchased lists.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box next to the phone number field on the contact form at https://reddon.co/#contact (or on the Contact Us page) and submitting the form. You may also opt in by texting us first, in which case our replies are limited to your request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can submit the form without checking the box.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Texts are sent from (801) 877-2039.
Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at brandon@reddon.co or (801) 406-7760.
Carriers
Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier networks and your device.
Privacy
