Do Not Call Policy for Reddon LLC
If you do not wish to receive sales calls from Reddon LLC, you may request to have your telephone number added to our “Do Not Call” list. In compliance with federal and state laws, we will document your request immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be removed from any ongoing sales programs.
- You can make your request in writing or by phone, and it must include, at a minimum, your telephone number.
- If you have multiple telephone numbers, please provide all numbers you wish to have included on the list.
- You will remain on our “Do Not Call” list for five years unless you request to be removed.
- If your telephone number changes, please provide us with your updated information to maintain your “do not call” status.
When contacting prospective customers, we also respect “do not call” requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission, as well as various state agency lists. Many state “Do Not Call” regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even if they are on these “Do Not Call” lists. If you are a customer and do not wish to receive calls from Reddon LLC, please follow the steps above to be placed on the Reddon LLC “Do Not Call” list, and we will honor your request.
Being on the Reddon LLC “Do Not Call” list means you will not receive sales calls from Reddon LLC representatives. However, we may still contact you for non-solicitation purposes, including surveys, billing, and other service-related matters.
All employees engaged in outbound telephone solicitation are trained on this policy and understand these procedures before being allowed to make calls to consumers. Management regularly reviews the policy with these employees to ensure compliance.
The methods and procedures outlined in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by Reddon LLC quarterly. Upon request, a copy of our “Do Not Call” policy will be sent via U.S. mail or electronic mail. The policy is also posted on the Reddon LLC website.
Reddon LLC Do Not Call Policy
Reddon LLC respects the wishes of customers and prospective customers who do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls. It is Reddon LLC’s policy not to make telephone solicitation calls to:
- Any person who has requested not to receive such calls; or
- Any person who is listed on a national or state “Do Not Call” registry, except as otherwise permitted by law.
A “telephone solicitation call” means any call made to encourage the purchase of products and services from Reddon LLC.
Reddon LLC maintains a list of telephone numbers and names (if provided) of individuals who have requested not to receive telephone solicitation calls from us. You may be added to Reddon LLC’s Do Not Call list by:

- Contact us through our form on the website.
- Calling us at: (801) 406-7760.
The request must include the 10-digit telephone number that is not to be called and the person’s name, if desired.
Once a request is made, Reddon LLC will add the provided telephone number and name (if given) to our Do Not Call list within 30 days. This information will remain on our list for five years, unless removal is requested. If a phone number changes, please submit a new request with the updated number.
